By accessing or using LGI Modz and purchasing any digital products, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or purchase any products.

LGI Modz provides digital modification files (mods) created for the game WWE Here Comes The Pain!.

LGI Modz is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WWE, THQ, Sony, 2K, or any official rights holders. All trademarks and game assets belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. If you are under the legal age required to enter online agreements in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers, including:

• PayPal
• Patreon

LGI Modz does not store or process payment card or banking details. All payment information is handled securely by the respective platforms under their own policies.

All products sold on LGI Modz are digital goods and are delivered manually after payment verification.

Delivery usually occurs within 2 days, but may take up to 7 days depending on verification status, workload, or third-party platform delays.

Delivery is completed via Google Drive or similar digital methods. To facilitate delivery, we may collect your email address (Gmail preferred) and Discord ID.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once delivery is completed.

Refunds or chargebacks will not be provided except where required by applicable law. Misunderstanding the scope of content, updates, or future releases does not qualify for a refund.

All mods provided by LGI Modz are for personal use only.

• Redistribute, leak, or re-upload mod files
• Sell or resell LGI Modz content
• Claim ownership or authorship
• Circumvent access or delivery methods

Purchase does not transfer ownership. All rights not explicitly granted remain with LGI Modz.

Updates provided by LGI Modz are limited strictly to bug fixes and technical improvements for the specific mod or patch purchased.

Updates do not include:

• New characters, arenas, or gameplay content
• Future patches released separately
• Content shown on YouTube or social media

Each patch is a standalone product. Purchasing one does not grant access to future content.

All original mods, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of LGI Modz. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

LGI Modz is not responsible for game crashes, save corruption, system damage, or incompatibility issues.

We are also not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as YouTube, PayPal, Patreon, or Google Drive) in response to enforcement requests.

LGI Modz allows the use of its mods for content creation provided the following rules are followed:

• Embedded logos or branding must not be hidden, cropped, or removed
• LGI Modz may request ownership proof at any time
• Failure to provide proof may result in takedowns or strikes

When using free mods by LGI Modz, proper attribution is mandatory.

LGI Modz reserves the right to deny service, revoke access, or refuse future purchases if these terms are violated, including unauthorized sharing or piracy.

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Insights to understand website traffic and improve our services. These tools may collect basic usage data such as page views and referring URLs.

By signing in with Google, you authorize LGI Modz to access your basic profile information (name and email address) for account creation and management purposes only.

Important:

• Google is used solely for authentication – we do not access your Google Drive, Google Photos, or other Google services
• Your email is collected to facilitate manual product delivery via Google Drive
• If you are logged into Google, your email may be auto-filled for convenience
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LGI Modz account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may request deletion of your LGI Modz account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at lgimodsofficial@gmail.com.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. Purchase history and transaction records may be retained as required by law.
